You can purchase tickets for all our tours and trips only online at bilet.izdeniz.com.tr.
Tickets are strictly not sold at ticket booths or via in-person payment.

In case of last-minute cancellations, our valued passengers are informed in advance via SMS or phone. In such cases, the refund process is initiated or, upon your request, the trip can be postponed to a later date for the same tour.
In cases such as postponement, cancellation, or adverse weather originating from IZDENIZ, your refund is automatically processed to the card you used for payment within 10 business days at the latest.
For the following tours and trips, if you request a refund at least 48 hours before the trip or excursion, a full refund is issued:

Your full refund is processed to the card you used for payment within 10 business days at the latest.
For refund requests made at least 24 hours before the trip or excursion, a 25% deducted refund is applied. For this process, you must again submit your refund request to acente@izdeniz.com.tr together with your voucher / ticket number, full name, and phone number. The deducted refund process is completed after you approve the email sent to you.
We love our furry friends very much; however, due to passenger safety, hygiene conditions, and trip order, pets are not accepted on our tours and trips.

The price information for the tour or trip you wish to purchase is presented to you on posters and on the online ticket purchase screen before the payment process is completed.
Pursuant to Law No. 4207, smoking is not permitted on public transportation vehicles and in waiting areas such as docks, stations, and terminals associated with these vehicles.
For this reason, smoking is not allowed in the open or enclosed areas of our ships.
